1308 5th Ave, Seattle, WA 98101
The 5th Avenue Theatre is pleased to provide the following services to our patrons with disabilities. If you have any questions or concerns, please call 206.625.1900 / 888.5TH.4TIX or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org. We welcome your feedback on enhancing our services.
Wheelchair seating is located on the orchestra level at the end of rows F, K and P - House Right, and rows G, J and Q - House Left. For tickets, please visit the box office or call 206.625.1900 / 888.5TH.4TIX.
Parking is available at Rainier Square and Hilton Seattle, which are conveniently located less than a block from the Theatre.
The 5th Ave Musical Series productions are generally suitable for ages 8 and up. Children under 4 (including babes in arms) will not be admitted. The child policy for other shows varies.
If you’re seated on the balcony level and stairs present a challenge, we’ll gladly provide elevator assistance. (All balcony seating involves negotiating some stairs, however.) You may request assistance when you arrive, or from the Rainier Square Concourse by calling 206.625.1294. An usher will meet you as soon as possible.
Assisted Listening Devices
The Theatre offers the Sennheiser Listening System for patrons who are hearing impaired. Headset use is complimentary and subject to availability. Reservations may be made when you purchase tickets at the box office, call 206.625.1900 / 888.5TH.4TIX (voice), or e-mail email@example.com.
ASL Select American Sign Language-interpreted performances are available for hearing-impaired and deaf patrons. Seating is located in a reserved section close to the ASL interpreters. Because space is limited, we ask that only one guest accompany each patron who requires an interpreter. Additional guests and ASL students may purchase tickets elsewhere in the Theatre and - if space permits - are welcome to move into the ASL section on the day of the performance.
The 5th Avenue Theatre offers wheelchair seating at the orchestra level and elevator assistance to the balcony level. We also provide assisted listening devices, American Sign Language-interpreted performances, audio-described performances, and complimentary Braille playbills. Click here for details and ticketing information.
Productions begin promptly, so we encourage you to arrive at least 15 minutes early. Doors open 45 minutes before the show and seating begins 30 minutes before the curtain.
The nearest ATM is located outside Washington Mutual at the corner of 5th Avenue and Union Street. In addition, you’ll find a US Bank ATM in the Rainier Square Concourse, and Bank of America and Key Bank ATM’s at 4th Avenue and Union Street.
For many patrons, attending a show at The 5th Avenue Theatre is a special occasion, but formal wear is not required. Attire generally varies from business casual to cocktail dresses and suits. Above all, we want you to feel comfortable.
The box office is located under The 5th Avenue Theatre’s marquee. You may purchase tickets in person at the box office with no additional service fees.
