The relationship between the written and spoken word has long been a symbiosis of creation and creative energy, one that is explored by American multi-media avant-garde artist, composer and film director Laurie Anderson in her latest book 'Let X = X'. Join the critically acclaimed artistic force of nature as she fuses readings from her book with live performance, music and digital images.
What is essentially a book about live performance is performed live, moving away from the traditional live reading format to encompass previously unpublished visuals, accounts of Anderson's projects, installations and inventions, and an intimate look at her artistic methods, triumphs and failures. Anderson performs a limited series of shows to coincide with the February 2018 release of the book.
