A bonafide melting pot of history, food, culture, architecture and of course music, the city of New Orleans and its vibrant streets pulse with the syncopated rhythms of front line marching music and various forms of jazz. Celebrating the Big Easy's far reaching and lasting sonic legacy, Take Me To The River - New Orleans Live brings together legendary NOLA musicians The Dirty Dozen Brass Band, Ian Neville, Ivan Neville, George Porter Jr, Big Chief Monk Boudraeux and Lost Rayou Rambles for a live concert experience that revels in the city's rich musical story. 

Founded in 1977, headline act The Dirty Dozen Brass Band has spent over forty years exploring the terrains of bebop, funk and soul with a distinctive brass band twist. Comprised of frontman, trumpet player and vocalist Gregory Davis, a host of horn players and a rhythm section so tight they make skinny jeans jealous, the outfit's delectable sonic gumbo is bolstered by high energy performances that are nigh impossible not to dance along to.
