Mozart is Untuxed with the Seattle Symphony!
Why see Seattle Symphony - Mozart Untuxed?
Mozart Untuxed
Join the Seattle Symphony this April as they present a special, short concert special. Featuring Mozart's iconic Symphony No. 40, Mozart Untuxed is the perfect event for those who are new to classical music or those who just want a taste of the genre. Running at only 40 minutes, Mozart Untuxed is the perfect aperitif to your weekend.
Although there is no great story behind Symphony No. 40 it is easily one of the most recognisable pieces of classical music in the world, with the first movement, Molto Allegro, having been used in countless movies, adverts and popular music.
Also featured in this short evening is Ravel's Ma Mere l'Oye (Mother Goose), an intricate and transcending piece which was used by the famous Jerome Robbins for his iconic ballet of the same name.
