Gotterdammerung is the fourth installment of Richard Wagner's epic tale of the Ring, a story brought to life by the Seattle Opera to great acclaim. The first production of this four-part opera was performed in 2001, and subsequent productions in 2005 and 2009 sold-out.

Luretta Bybee, Stephanie Blythe and Margaret Jane Wray will each perform the parts of the three Norns. Alwyn Mellor will perform Brunnhilde, and Stefan Vinke will perform Siegfried. The production is inspired by "the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest" and features truly incredible costume and set design.
