Originally opened in 1928 as the Seattle Theatre, the Paramount is a leading venue for touring Broadway shows and is part of the Seattle Theatre Group, which stages local productions as well. Originally a vaudeville and move palace, this venue is one of the busiest in the Washington State region and is an official City of Seattle landmark.

Also known simply as "The 5th", this large-scale theater plays host to the biggest Broadway touring shows, as well as staging their own top productions through their very own 5th Avenue Musical Theatre Company, which employs over 600. Some of these shows go onto Broadway afterwards. Opened in 1926, the interior of the building has a distinct Chinese influence; Norwegian architect Gustav Liljestrom took inspiration from various Beijing landmarks from his travels to the region, and incorporated these into the overall design.

Located in the heart of Seattle's downtown, ACT is comprise of five venues that offer the best in contemporary theater at the Union Arts Center. The resident company prides itself on the promotion of work from new and emerging playwrights, making the center a vibrant part of the city's cultural landscape. The Allen Theatre offers an immersive theatre-in-the-round experience, while the Falls Theatre features an intimate thrust stage that brings audiences close to the action. The Bullitt Cabaret is a flexible, casual space that adapts to each production, Buster’s is a bright, multi-purpose venue with adaptable seating, and the Lalie Theatre is a cozy black box theatre designed for close-up, personal performances.

Moore Theatre is located in Seattle Washington, and is a 1,419-seat performing arts venue. It is managed by the Seattle Theatre Group, and is the oldest active theater in Seattle. The Moore holds a variety of different events, from theatrical shows to musical concerts and lectures. In 1974, the Moore Theatre and the connecting hotel was placed on the National Register of Historic Places.
