NEED A DOSE OF CINDERELLA AFTER

We were there on the first public appearance so I’m sure it is evolving. Enjoyable but be ready for the 2 x 4. Empowerment at the expense of portraying a dolt prince is not equality. The storyline could be so much more. Drop the Shoes song. It’s incoherent and confusing at the beginning. Other than that, I’m sure after tweaking you’ll find an audience. I’ve encouraged friends to go due to some of the amazing voices. Good casting. I might come back at the end of the run to see if changes are happening.

BLISS...THE UNKNOWN STORY LINE.

I left after intermission. Story line was hard to follow. Great voices and Im sure great actors, but I would have rather stuck a needle in my eye than sit through the 2nd half. Hope it got better!

NEEDS WORK

Music, acting and stage production was amazing so why did I give a low rating????? Character and story development was lacking. Can not recommend this show

TOO LONG AND STORY HARD TO FOLLOW

As season ticket holders we looked forward to a new production. This one leaves a lot to be desired. Key observations : 1. The cast is very talented 2. The best part for us was watching the conductor who was having the time of his life and rocking to the music 3. The story is not interesting 4. The second act was way too long and the dungeon scene useless and distracting. 5. While the show has potential a lot of work needs to be done to it to make it sharp. Currently it feels like a waste of great talent.

THE FIRST SHOW I HAVE EVER WALKED OUT OF

The show makes no sense, the music is all over the place, and the characters are unlikable. A couple of good voices, but except for two songs toward the end of act I it is an assault on your ears. The beginning of act II is intolerable.

NO

Aimless and meandering. Undistinguished music. Some nice performances. Great voices wasted on lousy material. A mostly excruciating evening.

BLISS IS A MISS!!

The worst production I have seen at The 5th Ave. Walked out at intermission and should have much sooner. Talented actors wasted on this low rate musical. Wished I had read the reviews. I have never left a negative review of a production but this one deserved it. What a waste of an evening!!
